Do your homework before hiring the first company you see on Google. Ask some of the following questions:
- How long have they been licensed to do Property Management in the area
- Where is their physical location
- What hours is their office available for customers
- How many properties do they manage
- How much staff is allocated to property management
- What are all the costs including lease fees etc.
This is by no means a complete list of questions but you get the idea. I think that you should trust your judgement. When you talk to the team or manager, you should feel like it's a good fit.
